I discovered I loved writing fiction at eleven years old when a teacher assigned us each to write a short story, no limitations. Another teacher introduced me to Ramsey Campbell and H.P. Lovecraft, and that was the nail in my proverbial, seething coffin. A couple of decades later and I’m still still writing.

Sixth grade me would be disappointed at the lack of shape-shifting alien cat people in my fiction, but I’ve managed to keep things a little weird and plenty creepy.
